Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, President of Defense Industries, announced that the reinforcement works of the Layered Air Defense System are continuing.
Demir announced that 35 mm Air Defense System Modernization will be carried out within the scope of these reinforcement works and all electronic subcomponents of the 35 mm Towed Air Defense Guns in the TAF inventory will be renewed within the scope of our Particle Ammunition Project.
Demir also shared the information that the Fire Management Device produced by the domestic industry was delivered to the TAF that able to control 3 Modernized Towed Cannons and 1 Hisar-A Missile Launching System at the same time.
